The person you were going to have purchase the game for you lives in the
West Indies which is not a country we can process credit cards in.  If you
sent the person cash to buy the game, then he'll need to either send it as a
cashier's check or wire it directly.  At this point in time, we've received
no funds, so the game has not been ordered.

Ummm... $300? Where are you living? the exchange rate from your currancy 
to US dollars must be exorbidant.
I would be angry to beat the band as well  if I paid that much money for 
a game. However, comparing Monty to GMA Tank Commander is an unfair 
comparison since GTC has ben out for quite a while and has even had one 
major upgrade since 1.0 to 1.2. Monty hasn't been on the market before. 
Not to mention GMA is well established and Alchemy is trying to get it's 
wings.
Anyway, let's all chill out, and wait to see what happens next. Smile.
