Yes, they will. The reason is that I would have to program in extensive rules in order for the game to randomly place objects like keys and doors in order to make sure a key wasn't placed further past a door for which it was meant to open. Considering there are ten levels in the full version and nothing changed in the original, that's the way it will remain.
