Hi, all. The use of rom files for stella is this. If you own the original game, the cartrage, then you are legally able to use the rom for stella. If you don't have the original cartrage game and are using the rom then you are breeching legal use. However, i don't know how anyone can track that or go about finding out. Smile. However, in my case as with the other Tom on this list we have cartrage games so probably in the legal clear.
