Hi, Trouble.
Well, for current testers of Alpha 4.5.1 which is the current public 
release they will find v1.0 to be a complete change, and almost like a 
new game. It has the Defiant in it, the split enemy attack group, 
Klingons instead of the Breen, various improvements in game play, 
ability to save and change settings, and loads of other things in the 
works. Not to mention greater stability and performence.
