I am not positive, but I don't think it matters if your bank has heard of pay pal. You create the account on the pay pal web site, then they take your bank account information and withdraw and deposit funds electronically. I used my checking account when I set up my pay pal, and it was very easy to do. All the bank sees is that you have authurized this or that transaction for this or that amount of money. Other than that, they don't really care who you are authorizeing the transaction with. Good luck, Che
