I know that in the past we have more or less had off topic posting at
will, but I would like to see the comunity to try and stay on topic.
For this reason I would like to make this request that if one of you
wishes to post something of an off topic nature to email either Raul or
myself for the go-ahead to do so. This is a very active list, and most
of us would like to keep the traffic managed to a reasonable amount of
traffic. One way of doing this is to keep off topic posts to a minimum.
