Hi. Well, I don't know about it being fair or unfair, but that is reality in our business. Usually, if there is one dev heading a project and that dev drops out all the works go with him/her. fortunately, James did leave behind all the sound effects, documentation, etc and I suppose if another dev wanted to pick up the project he/she could. If James is truly out of the business I don't think he would mind if another dev took over the project.
