HI NIcol, this question is quite simple, it sort of answers itself, when you realize the only simple fact that he destroyed (maybe) any contact possibility and the only info on his site now is that refunds are being processed. HOwever, I still believe he might finish his games one day and then return back when ready. For now though, yes, there is no way to purchase and get them.
