I note that the source for Max Shrapnel is not mentioned.

Does this mean that there remains a possibility it could be
Open-Sourced?

I admit that this requires some community spirit, and James probably
doesn't have that in mind right now, based on the way things have gone,
but it could be very useful to other developers (especially if licenced
under BSD terms, which would allow devs to use it without disclosing the
source, as long as they acknowledge who created it).

Just my £0.02.
