hi all, just to add to raul's message. this was discussed between the 3 of
us over several days and we are all unanimous. yahoogroups seems to be
getting more temperamental as time goes on and causing more people problems
with it. so we thought it time to get away from yahoo altogether. we have
now decided on where to go with it and it's going to make list management a
million times simpler for myself and the moderators. the one thing we can't
take with us unfortunately, are the list archives. i'll probably leave the
list active on yahoogroups for the time being so folks still have access to
the archives, but put something in the list description to tell prospective
new members the list has moved. one of us will of course update the list as
the move proceeds.
