Hi Charles,
You may or may not believe this, but this comes down to the developers
sanity. Even if I were to take the time to add everything but the
kitchen sink there are some on pre-order status that would scream and
rant until they either got a refund or the game.
My family and I have received some pretty nasty letters to the USA Games
sales address that were totally unjustified just because we now own the
rights to the game, and want to finish it.
