A come from behind win in my first Turbo Tourney's
"Crash The Boards" NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Tournament. Even
your truely, thought I had no hope after two rounds. Then Duke lost to
LSU. What you know I pick that one correct and I was in the running. For
those who took Duke it looked bad for them. Then just in a couple of days
all top seeds were gone. Giveing Lee from Georgia and Bob of KC that slim
chance to possiblely pull a great come back to win.
This type of pool you will see scores in the standings to win well over a
hundred, but not this year our top honors goes to the winner who did not
even break 90. For my first tourney with Turbo Tourney was a exciting for
sure. Even though it came down without using a tiebreaker and the final
game was not involved, it was fun for all. Thanks for everybody who play.
The pool came down to two players. newdiamond and bob wichita ks.
It all came down to the game between George Maddison versus Florida.
newdiamond needed George Maddison to win, since Bob had pick Florida to go
to the final Two. Well as we all know That Florida is champ, Bob's slim
chance where he had Duke beating Florida in the Championship game, proves
the our buddy Bob knew his stuff and and rode that horse, or should I say
"Gator" to the finish line. Congradulations my friend.
