Hi victor, As max says,If you've only got a mike in port, yo're probably going to send it into overload and get a lot of 'clipping' distortion. But try it with the mike level set as low as you can and bring it up slowly see if you can get a low enough setting to make it work.
If not go to radio shlock if you've got one handy and get an earphone volume control, little cord with stereo jack on one end and plug on other and a small volume control in the middle. Yeah yeah I know they're designed for earphones but we did it here at home recently on my wife's computer to get line out from the stereo into mike in. It works witha little very carefull adjustment of the added volume control. Most mike inputs can accept stereo signals as far as I've seen, works here. The line out will provide probably 3/4Ths of a volt out and the mike in probably wants less than 50 milivolts.
