hi there yes this is a wonderful system as I own one myself. but bearing in mind this is not a new product but it's from another manufacturer with adaptations and renamed. the original designer was Scheppach for their hasc dust extractor rigs for planer thicknesser tables and their new range of lathes and spindle shapers. so basically it is a great tool... I have the model which Record power produced in 2001 and my own model designed with the extractor hose on a suspended rod wile the gooseneck clamp is attached to a moving arm over the lathe. the record power system is for the rest of the workshop including the table saws, millers, shapers and more. I also have a custom made extractor shoe for the micro chainsaw I use in the workshop for carving. it won't work for bigger machines as they are outdoor rigs and are heavy enough to use without a pipe coming from it lol lew
