HI Lenny,  I just guess it depends on the mail, on the other hand,   we just 
mailed out over twenty CD packages of the Houston gathering, using free matter 
for the blind.   mailed them all over the country, every one received there 
package  any where from   two days to a week... not bad considering,.   re  the 
amount that we mailed,.  So there fore, I only have good things pretty much to 
say about free matter for the blind.  I don't want this to become a off topic 
discussion, just had to through in my two cents here.  regards Don

  I wonder how the flat rate box is shipped. I didn't realize that the Free 
Matter for the Blind is shipped 4th class.
  I shipped a few things to a friend who lives about 35 miles away. I sent it 
last Friday morning and it still hasn't arrived.
  Tomorrow I will call and have them check on it. I did have the package 
insured. It needs to get to his home prior to Dec 13.
  I am not sure if I will again, ever use that mailing option.
