Hi Dale and thanks for this info on the phone. The deal that the CNIB has put together with Bell Mobility is that you will get the Samsung A640 phone with all it's text to speech features activated for free if you sign up under a 3 year corporate plan which gives you 240 minutes a month of day time calling and free unlimited eve and weekend calling. It will only cost you about 29 bucks a month in the End but, I have heard that some of the other samsung phones such as the 900 and the 920 are better phones and in all my internet searching, I can't find anything on the text to speech function of this phone even though the CNIB and Bell both say that it is there.
