the entire system is really for pro engineers. my friend works in CAD CAM  
and is visually impaired. the entire rig costs £19,000 including the plotter,  
PCI cards and the software. JAWS 7.0 handles it well as you have full math cad  
entry and a few other things. its a wonderful system but hell expensive. 
luckily  he lives a few minutes walk from me and we get on well. we do a lot of 
design  work both circuit based and architect based precision engineering. 
bearing in  mind we are both qualified in precision electronics and engineering.
 
its not something any typical user could use unless turbocad and autoCAD  
respectively were more user available and suitable printing and plotting tools  
were cheeper.
