Max, What ever power you think you might require in your shop be certain you will want more. You will probably want more than one circuit so that when you trip a breaker you will still have light.
you can probably bury an underground cable from the house and establish a small pony panel with a couple of circuits actually in the shed and you may want to include at least one exterior GFI outlet if for no other reason than to conveniently cut up sheet goods outside.
