lol hehehe well I fix digital amps. my power amp is actually a custom built factory MAS X amp with design and configuration from DYNAudio. the patch bay was as I say hand built. 3 days of work building the steel frame, cutting the steel bars and using a plasma cutter to set the brackets and inserts in the sheet plate. installing the jacks and XLR ins and outs, welding the cables up easily. The reason I went gold was for one specific reason. they have a safe point when running fantom power. it is also to do with the desk's natural warmth. yes its a digital but it feels and can sound like an analogue valve mixer rig. the console I use is a real beauty. so sound and hardware are essential. right now I wanna find some real old keyboards, synths nd all that and have a nice collection. besides a few rare pieces and home made synths, a theremin and my beloved lazer harp lew
