Hmmmmmm
Now my question would be do you test this with the micro wave running to see
if the radiation is getting out, or with it not running to see if radiation
is getting in?

Just kidding. Obviously you never microwave electronics aspesially batterys.
Unless you want one hell of an explotion.
On a serious note I do not own a microwave or I would do an experiment.
If this is really a true tes I would suppose that you could do the same
thing with a cordless phone that has a find feature. Just put the cordless
phone in the microwave and hit the button that activates the tone on the
phone for locating it and see if it rings.

Hi All,

My brother just told me of a neat trick that helps you determine whether the
seal on your microwave has been broken and is leaking radiation.

Apparently, if you put your cell phone in the microwave then call it, if it
rings, then your microwave is leaking radiation.

If, on the other hand, your cell phone does not ring, then your microwave's
integrity is not compromised and is safe to use.

Anyone know if this is true or not?

Victor
