Would this nature's miracle be safe to use on hard wood floors?

I would try some product like Nature's Miracle to clean the area again. You
don't say here what kind of floor you have, but the urine probably soaked
into it. Also, if the cat sprayed on the wall and it is sheet-rock, you
probably need to try the Nature's Miracle there too. You can usually get it
at a pet store. I think it is about $12 to $14 per gallon. Sometimes you can
get it in smaller quanities. I don't remember the instructions for using it.
Perhaps you could ask the clerk to read it if need be, or maybe you could
try to check it out on the internet.
