Thanks Dan - yes, I don't know the economics I just had a quote 
on a furnace without hot water - I might get a quote for a 
furnace with a hot water coil and then make a decision -- seems 
that saving some space might be reason enough to go with a 
furnace/hot water option.  Also, if it can't keep up with demand 
it might shorten the shower times for my kids.
