Charlie, I not all that long ago of a month had a new boiler/furnace installed. Supply of fuel is Natural gas. I have forced hot water baseboard. If you are looking at the same type of unit I think I still have the information contract still on my hard drive. The old boiler/furnace was all in one unit and during it's time it worked fine. But when it came time to replace the coil or get work done on it, that part was a bit expensive for the old boiler. So, went with a 45 gallon hot water tank and the boiler and it did not take a lot of space. Gene/Geno
