I'm not sure of the name of the smoker, it's a vertical smoker with a fire box off to the side. It has 4 shelves and a rack that will hold 5 slabs of ribs. The fire box can also be used for barbecuing. It's a pretty neat unit. I have no problems keeping it around 225 degrees inside the smoker. It would be nice if I could have a oven thermometer though. That way I don't have to bother my wife every hour or so to check the temperature.
