In reading Jenifer's message I replied to the mosquito issue and now that I think about it, I wanted to discuss the compromise issue. In my opinion, one should never compromise about a home. I think a compromise as to whether the seller is going to leave an appliance or out building is okay, but unless the current dwelling is unlivable and the only house available in the village is ready to move in to, one should never compromise on something they are going to live in and have to take care of. Maybe if you can't find exactly what you are looking for, then the time might not be right for you to buy. Even if you don't plan to live in the new digs till you go off to your final resting place, you might be stuck with that property because future buyers might not be willing to compromise. You seem to want a home in a nice area, close to certain conveniences and have a pool and a safe place to raise your kids, so why settle for something that doesn't meet those needs and is promising to make it hard to enjoy the yard. Those are my comments.
