At $90.00 per for a premium deep cycle battery, the inverter, a high quality deep trickle charger and a cart to hall the whole thing around. You could buy a decent generator and be done with it. I believe that is what they are called. Regular car batteries do not hold up well if they are deeply discharged regularly. deep cycle batteries have thicker lead plates and are designed to be mostly discharged between recharge cycles. -- Blue skies.
