Well the sad thing is that if the person who happens to be reading them has absolutely no clue at all what it is she is supposed to ascertain from said instructions then it often does boil down to trial and error. I should have said that I try with some what limited success to follow the directions. Fortunately we've never had a major battle over such things which I am sure could very well happen. David You mean to tell me that you actually refer to the instructions? Just ribbing you a bit. I seldom ever refer to assembly instructions but then again on the other hand I almost always refer to operating instructions with a new pease of equipment. If I have to assemble some thing that is strictly mechanical and does not involve electronics or torque specks or that type of thing I always just approach it like you would a puzzle. Most of the time it comes out OK. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of David & Patricia Ferrin Sent: Thursday, July 26, 2007 11:46 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [BlindHandyMan] Product Recall Well if I do say so myself having built several such peaces of furniture the directions are oh so important. The only problem I have with them is when they state use the inter lock grab bolt but they don't tell you which of the little parts in my hand it happens to be.
