That is a easy one. The first part of that is a
screw that has a knob on one end. the other part
is a cylinder shape disk with a slot on the side
and a place for a big screw driver or Phillips head.
The first part goes in the wood and slides into a
hole for the second part, witch is easy to tell
by the circle hole cut in the wood. Slide the
disk into the hole, and put both together. Then
give a twist with screw driver and it should lock into place.
