I have a Brytech Note Teller that I am quite happy with. The web site is:

There's also a Note Teller II that features vibrations to help identify
currency for those that cannot hear well.
The web site has a link to help find distributors, but I bought mine
directly from Brytech itself. I advise checking out this web site because
my late wife paid almost $200 more by going to one of the "aids for the
blind" web stores. I had to replace that Note Teller because it could no
longer identify the newer five and twenty dollar bills. The new Note Teller
has a more convenient upgrade feature for any future changes in currency
designs.
