rate " is the only way to go for a mortage. as for your cement floor
work. I have no good information but many others here will have what
you are looking for. all I will suggest is have plenty of ventilation
as you do that concrete floor work covering your eyes,nose and mouth
. Yes, even totally blind folks can get eye infections or whatever from
