On one of my outside lights, rust tends to form around the bulb. On one occasion, I broke the bulb off in the socket but was able to retrieve the broken part after turning the power off. However, when I recently removed a bulb the threaded sleeve broke off and remained attached to the bulb. So I need to replace the sleeve so there will be something to screw the new bulb into. Any tips of this repair.
