Don, since it has been a hot year for you and everybody else the elect usage is 
probably very high.  If the voltage drops too much you might get nusence trips. 
 You could have a hard start kit put on your unit outside.  Also check if your 
thermostat has a set time it needs to be off after turning off before it is 
allowed to start up again.  Have someone with sight check the contactor  
contacts for feathering also. .....................bob
