Hi Bill, I apologize, but I thought that Vinyl was a fibre.
I may have been wrong, and for that I'm truly sorry. I guess when I saw vinyl, I automatically thought fibre. Although I wasn't wrong about electricians tape being made out of fibre, I mistook the author when he said vinyl, and saw something else entirely. I'm sorry.
