You can get a cooktop with the old timey coils on it with nothing under it.  A 
double oven is usually mounted in the wall by itself.  I can check with some of 
my technicians I dispatch and see if anyone knows of anything like what you are 
asking about.  I've installed double ovens in the wall, and put cooktops into 
counter tops but I've never seen the 2 together.  But that is by no means the 
last word on it, I just haven't seen what you are asking about.
