Do you have good enough vision to see a small fluorescent tube light or do you have access to someone who does?
If so, you should not be able to light it outside of the oven. gently move the tube around the outside of the door seal and if you see a flicker you have a leak. There are meters to of course which are probably more sensitive. If the door went on fine and didn't need much forcing and the seals are clean of debris you should be all right. Fits on great. Thing is, all the manuals say that the repair should be done by a technician and they should check for leaks. The service center at the store we bought the microwave from doesn't test for microwave leaks. Seems kind of odd... Is there a way for me to do that myself? Thanks, David [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
