A friend of mine in California who is blind contacted Leather Workers of
America and was able to find someone who was willing to teach them how to
work with leather. She was receiving services from the Vocational
Rehabilitation agency near her home, and they were willing to pay for her to
be taught the trade in an on-the-job situation. HTH
