That's what I thought, thank you for that. I told my cousin just exactly that, 
and that there would be a big fallderall in the papers soon enough, even though 
he's out in the country and does not have any cable available, that he'll 
probably have to buy a gadget for his TV, etc.

There is a gadget. There are digital to analog convertors. Prices may 
vary from as low as 25 bucks to 100 bucks, but no one is saying anything 
yet.
