I'd take the Ridgit personally. I love Craftsman tools, but it just seems when I was specing out the options a month or so back, the Ridgit had a bit more bang for the buck, but then just make sure what the warrant is one any tool you choose to purchase. THe nice thing about Ridgit is they even provide a warranty on the batteries.
