Max, the whole reason I got the 400 pound pig into the basement was for future planning. I can use it to heat the basement. Once I start to get things sorted out with plans for finishing the basement, I can hook up that radiator down there rather than having had to carry the pig down to the street, and eventually carry a new one up all the stairs and down to the basement.
