It is a jig that lets you drill into wood on an angle so you won't see the 
screws.  If you have ever looked at a table that has an apron, a piece of wood 
running vertically under the tabletop, chances are good that it is attached 
with pocket screws.  And of course the pocket screws are run through pocket 
holes.
