That is the one that I have and I listed it's shortcomings in an earlier
post.
Bob, you mentioned about the tape slipping, well maybe it is because I
haven't used it very much but the tape seems to be rock solid in any locked
position. I am in the process of installing a 704"  Donavon motor in a 21'
sea-ray and I am using the hell out of it. Again my biggest complaint is
that batteries seem to die at the most inopportune times.

  1. the Cobolt, the first, that uses the 9 volt battery and "turning off in

  2. I believe has a german manufacturer and uses a AA battery, this has the
  better on/off control and is more expensive. They look quite similar and
are 
  conceptually quite similar.
