I don't remember who had the problem with the pool skimmer and the cotton 
wood trees. I was talking to Karen about our old pool and mentioned that 
problem. I think that she has a suggestion that will really help. She 
suggested getting a piece of cheese cloth and separating it. then use a 
piece to line the pool skimmer. When full just toss it and replace with 
another piece. Cheese cloth is pretty cheap and you would not have to use 
the total thickness.
