I've only had shop vac and have sent that long hose up the drier vent,
picked up pieces of 2x1 stock scraps, and great gobs of all other things.
The cleaning of a toilet clog would have worked with a 1 inch adaptor, but
the 2 inch hose couldn't get around the bend. I'm sure that motor could
have grabbed that wash cloth and we would have gotten it free. Better than
the dude who cracked it lifting it for me.
I forget what model I have, I think it's a 20 because at about half full
with flood water it is heavy, :)
If your new one is quiet and tosses less dust it sound slike a profound
winner!
Thanks as I didn't want to pay for replacement tanks.
