David, was it a professional hired painter? If so his insurance will cover
taking the car to a body shop for the paint removal. A few years ago a
neighbor had a painter working on his home. This professional used a roller
on a windy day. His new car had drops all over the hood, roof trunk and
side. The guy's insurance covered it. Other than that I would check with
some paint stores.

Somebody was painting our house and got outdoor paint on our car. I think
it is
water based. Any ideas how to get it off without killing our paint job on
the
car?

Thanks,
David
