Lets go with the obvious. There is a lever on the ice maker that tells it when the bin under it is full. Is that lever in the down position? You may have already checked this, but sometimes it's the little things that are missed, so figured I'd ask. Also, what about the water line going to the ice maker? Is it by chance frozen? I've never seen a line do hat, but have heard it can happen.
