Did you get a service contract with it? If so the parts are free and you only have to pay the service call and they will replace it for you.
If no service agreement you can get your model and serial number and order a new ice maker yourself. They are fairly straight forward to install and once you get the one to match your model and serial numbers it's a matter of remove and replace. I wouldn't run all of the new wires since they unplug at the side. You can run the whole set of wires if you like adding extra work, they go along the side and back and fishing a new harness through will teach the kids new words you probably don't want them hearing. ----- Original Message ----- From: rodger.hood To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, July 27, 2008 12:47 PM Subject: [BlindHandyMan] ice maker problem I have a Siers side-by-side refrigerator and the ice maker has stopped making ice all of a sudden.
