Answer: having a sighted wife, that has become very efficient with a sabersaw, Take a stick of lipstick and paint the outer edge of the electrical box with it. Place your plasterboard in place and lay a board near or over where you believe the box is, and smack it with a hammer. It will mark out the elevtrical box for you, without having to measure. My wife have cut out several boxes this way, over the last few days. Not a mistake in the cutting as yet, and the cover plate fitss.
