hi, well I live in northern Minnesota where it can get down to 45 below. I have put 3 of them in my nonheated garage. I will let everyone know how they work.
when I first got them about 5 years ago I called and asked the makers of the ones I had that very question. they said that anything below 0 they would have a hard time turning on. but I never gave them the smoke test. so here goes this winter.
