Subject: [BlindHandyMan] Compact Fluorescent Lights outdoors

William, I'm using the compact fluorescent bulbs in my outdoor lights. They
are dim till the gas get excited and warm. After a minute or two they are at
normal brightness. Mine have worked at temperatures below zero.
