Lee, you may want to check out this other unit called ooma that can't be had on line at Best Buy or Amazon. ooma.com It's 250 dollars. I've been thinking about buying one of these units. If you want the package with the extras, I think it's about $19 a month. There are too many extras features to list right now. The feature I like best, is if someone is using one of the lines, you can pick up another phone and call out.
